Please complete the intake form and click SUBMIT on the Form (blue square button) then “mark complete” at the bottom of the course (green box).

We typically issue your voucher within 72 business hours but please be patient as this is a bit of a manual process as we buy it from PMI upon submission but their turnaround time is sometimes delayed. We can only issue the voucher once as it is like cash value.
