Overview During this lesson you will learn about the OSHA updated regulations for Walking and Working Surfaces and the new regulations include requirements for Personal Fall Protection Systems (PFPS), updating and clarifying standards, and adding training and inspection requirements.

Overview During this lesson, you will learn about the PPE required by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations in 29 CFR Part 1910 and reinforced by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations in 40 CFR Part 300 and 40 CFR 311.

HAZWOPER – Medical Surveillance (3120.28)

Overview During this lesson, you will learn about the Medical Surveillance Program that is required for employees engaged in HAZWOPER operation in paragraphs (a)(1)(i) through (a)(1)(iv) of the 29 CFR 1910.120 standard.

HAZWOPER – Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup (3120.26)

Overview During this lesson, you will learn about all employees that are exposed to hazardous substances, health hazards, or safety hazards and their supervisors and management who are responsible for the site, and the requirements they are permitted to engage in hazardous waste operations.
