Master Project Leadership Workshop

The Master Project Leadership Workshop (MPLW) is a 60-days, full-time training and mentoring program designed to launch careers in project management. Offered at Fort Bliss and Fort Campbell, this opportunity is open to participants through DoD SkillBridge, Career Skills Program (CSP), and select recently separated veterans—preparing you to earn up to three industry-recognized certifications: PMP or CAPM, PMI-ACP, and Scrum Master (exam fees included).

The Certifications

PMP® (Project Management Professional)

The PMP is the gold standard for experienced project managers and demonstrates the ability to lead and manage complex projects across any industry. It signals to employers that you have the knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver successful outcomes.

CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management)

The CAPM is ideal for those newer to project management and proves your understanding of fundamental concepts, terminology, and processes. It opens the door to entry-level project roles and builds a strong foundation for growth.

PMI-ACP® (Agile Certified Practitioner)

The PMI-ACP showcases your ability to work in agile environments, adapt to change, and lead agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other frameworks. It’s highly valued by companies embracing agile project management practices.

Scrum Master

A Scrum Master certification verifies your ability to facilitate agile teams using the Scrum methodology and remove barriers to team progress. It’s a must-have for roles focused on agile project delivery, team coaching, and continuous improvement.
